When we want to improve, most of us focus on learning more. Absorbing as much new information as possible in hope of finding the right set of tools to help us move forward.
The more difficult, often overlooked aspect is unlearning all of the information and programming that has been taking up valuable space in our heads and hearts.
Once we remove the things that we’ve outgrown, it becomes easier to install and integrate a new system that will better serve our highest good.
