One moment it all makes perfect sense, and the next moment it seems like chaos with no discernible resolution.
This is the human experience if left to it’s own devices.
Learning to exist outside of fear and anxiety is the magnum opus.
We can’t ever underestimate the amount of reparative work that’s required to create a new state of being.
Sometimes the effort feels multiplied, like chopping down a tree with one wing of the axe.
Other times it feels like you’ve been digging all day and haven’t moved any dirt.
The truth is, the work must be the reward.
We won’t always see the progress in three dimensions, but every investment counts.
Chop the wood, carry the water, and trust the process.
