Progress is not linear. Effort will not always reveal outcome at a 1 to 1 ratio.
Sometimes we’ll spend large amounts of energy for minimal payoff. Other times a small investment will return exponential gains.
Progress is irregular, but not random. Along the way, uncertainty is guaranteed, frustration is inevitable. These are not indicators of failure, they are landmarks on any journey worth exploring.
