Journeys Over Destinations

Journeys Over Destinations

If you love to travel, the destination is secondary to the joy derived from being in motion.

If you love the destination, the journey is just time wasted not being there.

Rushing through the process to reach the outcome is like watching your favorite movie on fast forward to get to the last scene.

All the context is gone, the resolution is lackluster without the conflict that lead to it.

I would rather lose myself in the dance than spend time anticipating the final note in the music.
