Every step counts


When you’re working toward a specific goal, no action or effort is to small. Every single step gets you closer. 
It’s counterproductive to brush off small accomplishments as if they aren’t worth celebrating. 

Every time we take a moment to congratulate ourselves on making a better choice, reaching a milestone or just being a little better than we were yesterday, we build an important index in our brain. 

We are reshaping our neural pathways to expect success, and welcome every victory. Intentionally creating a relationship between progress and rewards. 

Every forward motion is worth a psychological bookmark and a biochemical reward.
