Deep deliberate breaths

Feeling overwhelmed and full of anxiety is an inevitable reality on the journey of self improvement. None of us are immune to panic attacks, feelings of inadequacy or fear of failure. 

These are not permanent. They are echoes of an operating system that we are currently working to overwrite. The old neural network will seize every opportunity to re-establish itself if we aren't careful.

The hack here is to remember we need tools. Routines, rituals, and exercises that reaffirm the alignment that we have chosen. Thinking that we have outgrown what could be the result of generations of destructive programming, is a sure path to negative consequences. 

Take a few deep breaths. Keep your tools at the ready, dont slack on the routines, and chant your affirmations incessantly.
