Cultivars

Corey SWTKO

I’ve planted lots of flowers that didn’t make it.

Sometimes I think it’s the spot I picked, pests or the time of year I chose to plant.

Once I started doing more research, I got into native cultivars. Plants that have completely adapted to the natural environment.

They don’t require soil amendments, or too much attention. Just time to get acclimated.

This knowledge changed my perspective and my success rate.

It’s not that flowers couldn’t grow here, I just wasn’t  planting the right ones.
